Foursomes Knockout Final went to the wire!

The Foursomes Knockout Final took place on Tuesday 9th September at The Cambridgeshire Golf Club – the conditions were superb and the sun shone!

Maddie Standen and Jackie Henley from Saffron Walden GC played Linda Hickey and Annette Gaudrey from Ely City Golf Club.

It was a very close match and there wasn’t much between the pairings. Teeing off on the 18th they were all square. However, after nervous putts on the 18th green, Maddie and Jackie from Saffron Walden were the eventual winners.
